Children and adolescents need an age-appropriate approach to their individual problems using special techniques appropriate to their needs and stages of development. Therefore, I meet my clients where they are in that moment intellectually, emotionally and spiritually. At The beginning of the therapeutic process is the establishment of a constructive relationship. In an age-appropriate way, we explore the actual environment with games, conversations and mutual investigation. In many cases it is necessary to involve parents, siblings and sometimes other relatives. Later on we will apply appropriate psychotherapeutic methods in order to very specifically diminish suffering and regain quality of life for the young person and his/her family.
